What We Do at MyREALTY.com

Simplify the real estate transaction.
Speed past roadblocks to financing.
Secure your dreams of owning a home.

Buying a home is a lot like the first time you jumped off the diving board. Except this time your mom isn’t in the pool cheering you on, it won’t necessarily be a sunny day and instead of refreshing water you’ll be diving into tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars of responsibility. Geronimo!!

But once you’re in it sure feels nice. So let’s make it as easy as possible. Let’s make buying a new home a better experience. It can happen. MyREALTY.com is here to help. Sign up for our RSS feed or check back daily for helpful ideas from home buying, home selling and home owning experts. Your comments are most welcome. We'd like to learn something from you, too!

What's the best way to use MyREALTY.com's tools to know FOR SURE if an investment property is 'really' a good deal??

I've been to sites like Zillow and others that show ludicrous values for homes.

How do I get the real scoop on pricing and value?? Help me MyREALTY.com!!

i would like to know why many properties in my area only list the date posted.... nothing else.... well, and of course the price and location.... but i think people need to utilize the fields of informations available to fill out... i would like to get familiar with the home before i would even consider buying, thanks....... creative site though

i agree with Bill W. - one of the challenges with sites that allow for consumers to add their own content is that sometimes they don't put enough information into the listing.

People - be SURE to add as much information as you can about your homes, it will really help to sell and market your property on the site! (www.MyREALTY.com)

How about adding a Virtual Tour? I personally like to get familiar with a home first as well - love the VTs
